About Punta Cana & Resort Club
Frank Rainieri, Ted Kheel, Oscar de la Renta, and Julio Iglesias the owners/developers have chosen the slower more careful method of planning and developing. The 15,000 acres which include their privately owned Punta Cana International Airport, are being developed in a responsible manner with a philosophy of understated elegance and a deep belief in their role as stewards of what nature has bestowed on this lovely place.
A variety of real estate options are available overlooking the P.B. Dye golf course and the Caribbean Sea. For those who wish to build their own homes, there is a choice of home sites with magnificent views in the “Tortuga” and “Arrecife” neighborhoods.
Home sites in the Tortuga neighborhood (the front nine of the “La Cana” Golf Course) range in size from a quarter of an acre to nearly an acre. This residential development is located within the PUNTACANA RESORT & CLUB gated community. Views vary from the ocean to the “La Cana” Golf Course to our spectacular Club House. Over one hundred homes have been built or are currently under construction at La Tortuga Residential Area.
Some homeowners have put their homes under our Club Experience Program. This program allows the homeowners to rent their estate while they are not using it giving visitors a chance to experience the PUNTACANA RESORT & CLUB lifestyle.

In the Arrecife neighborhood (the back nine of the “La Cana” Golf Course) home sites range from one-third of an acre to over one and a half acres in size. The PGA TOUR “Corales Puntacana Championship” has increased the purse to $ 3,700,000 with a view to remaining attractive to great figures of professional golf, who will also earn 300 points for the FedexCup. The event will be held at the Corales golf course from March 21 to 27, 2022 with 120 professional players.
Only 126 home sites will exist within Corales. Some include breathtaking views of the course. Others are nestled in a palm forest, just steps from the new Corales Clubhouse. Corales Golf Club
Corales Golf Club, is a Real Estate project consisting in offering the exclusivity of Corales Golf Course, through four hundred (400) memberships for which titularity is not required to be a proprietor but the approval of a strict acceptance partners committee appointed to those ends.
Corales Golf Club Will have a beach club, golf club, tennis center, spa, gym, and some other facilities.

Big game fishing out of PUNTACANA can be a real adventure. It’s no wonder so many tournaments are held here in the summer. For the past 5 years, PUNTACANA RESORT & CLUB has hosted ESPN2’s Billfishing Xtreme Tournament.
The Punta Cana Marina has immigration services for all our foreign visitors (please do not leave the boat before this inspection). When your boat arrives it should have all documents required by the Dominican authorities ready for inspection plus a fee of US$60.00. This payment must be made in cash at the Marina Office to the government officials. Each individual passenger must purchase a US $10 tourist card as regulated by Dominican Law. During tournaments, the Dominican government exonerates from this US $60.00 charge. These taxes are subject to changes according to Dominican Law.
Hacienda is the most recent real estate project within the exclusive Puntacana Resort & Club complex, a corporation with over 38 years of experience in the tourism sector in the Dominican Republic, endorsed by shareholders as internationally renowned as Oscar de la Renta, Julio Iglesias, Ted Kheel and Frank Rainieri.
Puntacana Resort & Club is a 60 million square meters or 15,000 acres property that enjoys a stretch of 4 miles of white sand beach. Ensuring privacy and exclusivity for our residents is vital, that is why the totality of the real estate development projects at Puntacana Resort & Club will not exceed 2,500 homes, again reinforcing our concept of high-luxury and low-density development.

Hacienda will be the third golf course at Puntacana Resort & Club and the first to be constructed inland within the property. Being the pioneers in the Dominican Republic in the usage of the hybrid Paspalum at La Cana golf course, we will once again employ this grass to cover Hacienda. Pasapalum’s major feature is that it may be irrigated with seawater which helps conserve our water resources.
This new land development will offer spectacular golf course lake views, an impressive Golf Clubhouse, a pool, restaurants, a pro shop, and a social area. According to the PuntaCana Resort & Club development plan, the Hacienda golf course's first phase, and its infrastructure will be completed by the end of 2008.
One of the most prominent advantages offered by Hacienda to its residents is the use of Puntacana Resort & Club facilities, including, among others, world-class oceanfront and inland golf courses, tennis club, natural springs, kilometers of white sand beaches, marina, deep-sea fishing along the coasts, Six Senses Spa, restaurants, shops, and many other activities.
Punta Cana Resort & Club has successfully developed other real estate projects within the property, which today have been completely developed and have permanent residents, as are Arrecife, Tortuga, and La Marina.
Another real estate project that we will develop in the short term within Puntacana Resort & Club is Corales. This new project will also have its own oceanfront golf course designed by no other than famous golf architect Tom Fazio.
